Join Arts and Humanities Bainbridge for an intimate musical evening with International Pianist John Florencio and Singer Stephanie Reese. Wine and appetizers will be served. This event will raise funds for AHB activities that connect the community through arts, humanities, and cultural programs.

Stephanie Reese is an international singer, actress and philanthropist. With roots in Seattle, and from a diverse ethnic background of Irish, English Welsh, Filipino, Japanese and Chinese she is gifted with a vocal versatility that is demonstrated in her musical repertoire, the theatrical roles she has played, and the tremendous range of her voice. Her solo career has taken her around the world where she has done solo concerts globally in Europe and Asia from France, Germany, England, Sweden, Russia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand to name a few and all over the United States including Carnegie Hall and Seattle’s own Benaroya Hall. She began her career by performing roles such as “Kim” in the German production of Miss Saigon, “Esmeralda” in the Disney World Premier of the Hunchback of Notre Dame and “Princess Tuptim” in the King and I at the Palladium Theater in London’s West End, “Princess Kogajin” in a new musical Marco Polo (the Untold Love Story) at the Shaw Theatre in London and at La Viegtiem Theater in Paris. She also tours annually for UNICEF, Germany’s televised concerts and galas. UNICEF is just one of many charitable organizations Stephanie has been a part of in active fundraising through music. She has also performed to raise funds for The Red Cross, The Make a Wish Foundation, Bantay Bata, Gawad Kalinga, ANCOP USA, Feed2Succeed, World Vision and the United Nations.

Stephanie attended Indiana University for opera performance and Cincinnati conservatory of music for musical theater.

She was part of the Northwest Girlchoir for over 10 years when growing up in Seattle and was a singing Hoosier (choir) when attending Indiana University.

She now lives on Bainbridge Island, is happily married to Matthew Coates, is a proud dog mom to Obi and teaches private voice as well as musical theater workshops and coaching. She is also proud board member of Arts and Humanities Bainbridge Island
